I/We declare that the above information is true, correct and complete and is given to induce Fabco to extend credit. I/We authrize the Company to make such credit investigation as the Company sees fit, including contacting the above trade references and banks and obtaining credit reports. I/We authorize all trade references, banks, and credit reporting agencies to disclose to the Company any and all information concerning the financial and credit history of my company and myself.
I/We personally guarantee payment of this account in accordance with Fabco credit terms to include payment of finance charges on past due invoice amounts.
I/We also guarantee payment to all resonable cost for attorney fees, 20% collection fees and all court costs. This is a continuing guarantee and shall remain enforced as long as credit is requested by me/us.
